Automatic Powder Coating Line for Aluminum Wheel Hub Components

The aluminum wheel hub component automatic powder-coating line is an automated painting production system based on the principle of electrostatic adsorption, primarily used for powder coating the surfaces of aluminum wheel hubs. It features high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and energy savings.
  • Product Description
  • | Core Manufacturing Process
Pre-processing: Treat the workpiece surface through processes such as degreasing, derusting, and phosphating to enhance coating adhesion.
Electrostatic Spraying: High-voltage electrostatics ensure uniform powder adhesion to the workpiece surface, overcoming the challenges of coating in deep cavities.
High-temperature curing: Melt and flow smoothly at 160–210°C, forming a dense protective layer.
Cooling: After the workpiece is removed from the furnace, it is rapidly cooled using a cooling system.

    | Advantages |
High-efficiency and energy-saving: Compared to traditional painting processes, production efficiency increases by 30–40%, while energy consumption is reduced by 30%.
Environmental Protection: No harmful gases are emitted, and the coating utilization rate reaches 95%, with a powder recovery rate exceeding 85%.
Coating performance: Single-coat film thickness ranges from 50 to 80 μm, offering superior adhesion and corrosion resistance.

    | Critical equipment
Powder supply device: By using compressed air to fluidize the powder and precisely controlling the powder discharge rate.
Electrostatic Spray Gun: Generates high-voltage electrostatic powder adsorption, supporting simultaneous operation with multiple guns.
Powder Recycling System: Employing cyclone dust removal combined with filter cartridge separation technology to minimize waste.

    | Typical Applications
Automated spraying system suitable for metal components such as automotive aluminum alloy wheels, guardrail panels, and air conditioner housings—featuring support for secondary re-spraying before curing to enhance product yield.
