| Operation Procedures for Coating Equipment
1. Coating machinery must begin operation only after a single test run, ensuring that all components are functioning properly. Note: If ignition fails once or twice, it’s advisable to briefly turn off the burner fan before restarting for a second test run to allow proper ventilation.
2. When debugging and repairing coating equipment, the power supply must be disconnected.
3. When operating woodworking machinery and equipment, workers should wear appropriate work attire and securely fasten their cuffs. Female employees are required to wear the designated work caps properly—tucking their braids inside the cap. Gloves and scarves, among other items, are strictly prohibited during operational tasks.
4. Coating equipment operators must be proficient in the operation, performance, and maintenance procedures of all types of machinery, ensuring that each piece of equipment is used and maintained by a dedicated person.
5. For shafts, chains, pulleys, belts, and other moving parts of coating equipment, the shielding should be equipped with guard plates.
6. If any abnormal conditions, malfunctions, or other system failures occur during the operation of mechanical equipment, immediately cut off the power supply and stop the machine for inspection and repair.
7. The area around the equipment contains many flammable materials; smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited.
