  • A manufacturing method for an enamel spraying line device that ensures a smooth working surface
    It is a critically important process in manufacturing, effectively preventing workpieces from being eroded by external environments, thereby extending their service life and enhancing their aesthetic appearance. Currently, in China, the painting process still largely relies on manual labor, meaning the quality of coating is heavily influenced by factors such as workers' skill levels and environmental conditions. So, what are the various transportation methods used during the spraying process? Let’s take a look together: Since the conductor has a cylindrical structure that needs to rotate during spraying, we’ve chosen a fully automatic skid conveyor system—known for its stability, flexibility, and low failure rate. Conductors are assembled onto the skids in a mixed configuration, with four conductor-supporting slots arranged along the length of the skid. These slots allow conductors of different sizes to be loaded onto a single skid simultaneously. The slots are fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheets and securely fastened to the skid body using bolts, ensuring that the manually placed support frames and conductors remain perfectly aligned in a straight line throughout the process.

    The sled conveyor process is:
    (1) At the loading station, use the crane to lift the conductor onto the skid cart, then activate the button confirming proper positioning;
    (2) The spray booth transfer machine automatically moves the conductor from the loading position to the spraying area inside the booth for coating operations;
    (3) After the work is completed, the conductor is moved by the motor-driven skid car on the upper part of the transfer machine and transferred to the leveling chamber's skid system, where it awaits completion of the leveling process.
    (4) After the set leveling time is completed, the leveling chamber's skid system automatically transfers the conductor to the drying chamber for drying operations;
    (5) The conductors, once dried, are automatically transferred out of the oven one by one via the drying chamber’s skid system and moved to the conductor unloading station, where they are then lifted by an overhead crane to the finished-product storage area. This process is repeated continuously, completing the conductor’s fully automated conveying cycle.
