Coating equipment, including electrophoresis paint coating systems, primarily comprises electric heating drying ovens, hot-air circulation烘箱s, fuel-fired high-temperature sintering furnaces, powder coating machines, complete powder coating systems, electrostatic generators, powder spraying equipment, paint spraying devices, pretreatment units, electroplating heating systems, as well as vacuum furnaces, resistance furnaces, and explosion-proof baking equipment, among others. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's hardware industry and increasingly stringent international standards for hardware manufacturing, the coating industry—playing a crucial role as an auxiliary and supporting sector for main equipment production—has also ushered in new opportunities for growth. In fact, within our city’s eight major pillar industries, the application of coating equipment has become virtually ubiquitous. Whether it’s the production of security doors, weighing instruments, power tools, stainless steel products, or components for automobiles, motorcycles, small household appliances, and vehicles, the presence of functioning coating equipment can be seen in nearly every corner of these thriving hardware sectors.

New machines or machinery undergoing major overhauls must undergo running-in maintenance during their break-in period. When operating within the specified running-in period, the machine should follow the appropriate procedures by gradually increasing both load and engine speed step by step. Additionally, lubrication and tightening conditions should be checked regularly, and the overall performance of all components should be closely monitored. Any abnormalities detected should be addressed promptly. Running-in maintenance involves replacing all types of lubricating oil, ensuring proper lubrication of each part, and securely tightening all bolts. After the running-in period concludes, a secondary maintenance check should be performed.
