The differential-speed chain conveyor, also known as the variable-speed chain production line or gravity-flow system, uses a 2.5/3-times faster chain as its primary transmission medium. It combines electric and pneumatic controls to deliver efficient production and material handling. This equipment is widely used in assembly, inspection, and transportation processes for products such as televisions, monitors, instruments, air conditioners,机电 products, and automotive components. The system features DQ912 aluminum alloy profiles serving as guiding rails, enabling seamless integration with elevators, suspended conveyor lines, or automated robotic arms to create a dynamic, multi-level, and interconnected double-layer or multi-layer circulation system. It supports both continuous and free-pacing operation modes, offering flexible and efficient production workflows.
The conveyor system typically features a width of 250–900 mm and a height of 500–1000 mm. The drive section can extend up to 30–40 meters in length, with a conveying speed ranging from 2 to 20 meters per minute. The carrier plates are available in materials such as steel plates or engineering-grade plastic boards, while the frame is constructed using either aluminum profiles or carbon steel structures. The system is equipped with components including conductive wheels, pneumatic hose interfaces, and electroplated rust-resistant chains, enabling powered material transport. It supports single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V power supply options. Additionally, its accelerated chain mechanism facilitates material accumulation and delivery by pulling the carrier plates along, ensuring stable operation even in high-temperature and dusty environments.
