Line-type Elevator

A belt elevator is a device that uses a mechanical transmission system to convey materials vertically or at an incline, and it is widely used in industrial production lines. Here are its key features and classifications:
  • Product Description
  • | Structure and Operating Principle
The belt elevator primarily consists of traction components (such as steel cables, chains, or belts), a transmission system (including motors and gearboxes), and guide rails or tracks. During operation, the power source drives the traction components along the guide rails, lifting and lowering carrying devices like hoppers or baskets to transport materials efficiently.
    | Classification and Applications
    Bucket Elevator
Suitable for the continuous vertical lifting of powdery, granular, and small-piece materials, commonly used in feed mills, grain storage facilities, and similar applications. Depending on the discharge method, it is classified into centrifugal type (for high-speed conveying of mildly abrasive materials), gravity type (for handling large, heavy materials), and hybrid type.
    Z-Type Elevator
Compact in design, it combines vertical conveying and horizontal transfer functions, making it ideal for factory environments with limited space. Equipped with PLC control and variable-frequency speed regulation technology, it ensures stable operation while significantly reducing energy consumption.
    Anode Hoist
Specifically designed for aluminum electrolysis production, this system uses a cylinder-driven clamp to securely hold the anode conductor bars while simultaneously lifting the busbars—capable of handling a maximum lifting weight of up to 197 tons. It features a bidirectional air supply system and safety mechanisms such as check valves.

    | Technical Features
Modern belt conveyors widely adopt advanced technologies such as automated control systems (e.g., PLC) and variable-frequency speed regulation, offering features like high efficiency, energy savings, and environmental friendliness. Some models also boast exceptional heat resistance—up to 250°C—and excellent sealing performance, making them ideal for applications in industries such as chemical processing and metallurgy.
