Automotive Anode Automated Line

The anodizing line is a production system used to form an oxide film on the surface of metals—particularly aluminum and its alloys—via an electrochemical process. It is primarily employed to enhance surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection, making it widely applicable in fields such as aluminum profiles, automotive components, and precision instruments.
  • Product Description
  • | Process Principles
    Aluminum products, acting as the anode, undergo an oxidation reaction on their surface when subjected to direct current in an electrolyte solution (such as sulfuric acid or oxalic acid), forming an aluminum oxide film. This process occurs in three distinct stages:
    Preprocessing: Clean the metal surface, remove oil stains, eliminate dust, and roughen it for better adhesion;
    Anodizing: An electric current is applied in the electrolytic cell, forming a dense oxide film on the aluminum surface;
    Post-processing: The oxide film is solidified through water washing, neutralization, and sealing processes.

    | Production Line Composition
    Pre-processing equipment: Including degreasing tanks, pickling tanks, and more, used for cleaning workpieces;
    Oxidation Tank: An electric current is applied to the electrolyte, causing the workpiece to undergo oxidation as the anode.
    Post-processing equipment: Washing tanks, neutralization tanks, and sealing equipment used for solidifying the oxide film.

    | Application Scenarios
    Suitable for mass production of workpieces such as aluminum profiles, doors and windows, automotive components, and more, this system boasts high efficiency (capable of processing thousands of parts per hour) and a compact footprint. For instance, a fully automated production line can handle 2,880 parts per hour, making it ideal for large-scale industrial manufacturing.
