Fully Automatic Gantry-Type Anodizing Line

The fully automatic gantry-type anodizing line is an industrial equipment used for surface treatment of aluminum products. It generates an alumina protective layer through an electrolytic process, offering high processing efficiency, a high degree of automation, and environmentally friendly features. This technology is widely applied in fields such as kitchenware, home appliances, and furniture manufacturing.

Classification

  • Product Description
  • | Core Processes and Equipment
Equipped with a PLC and touch-screen control system, the system supports fully automatic and semi-manual operations. Core processes include degreasing, alkaline etching, oxidation, coloring, and sealing. The key equipment is a gantry crane (available in single- or double-hook designs), with adjustable running speeds—horizontal movement ranging from 4 to 40 m/min, and vertical lifting from 7 to 12 m/min—powered by an Italian motor drive and controlled precisely via a Japanese Panasonic frequency inverter.

    | Process Parameters
Typical process parameters include a sulfuric acid concentration of 150–200 g/L, a temperature of 20 ± 2°C, and a current density of 100–200 A/m². The quality of the oxide film is ensured through cathodic carbon plates and multi-stage water washing, while the vehicle’s operating path is protected with a transparent plastic film to prevent corrosion.

    | Structural Features
The production line is constructed with corrosion-resistant materials—316 stainless steel and PP panels—and is equipped with a zero-waste wastewater system and a closed-loop ventilation setup, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Some models also integrate advanced subsystems such as intelligent temperature control and exhaust gas treatment.

    | Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for mass production of aluminum products, particularly ideal for items with high surface treatment requirements (such as kitchenware, appliance casings, etc.), featuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and strong decorative qualities.
