The production line includes processes such as degreasing, alkaline etching, oxidation, coloring, and sealing. It employs typical process parameters: sulfuric acid concentration of 150–200 g/L, temperature maintained at 20±2°C, and current density ranging from 100 to 200 A/m². Oxidation film quality is controlled through the use of cathode carbon plates and multi-stage water rinsing.

Equipped with an imported PLC system and touch screen, it supports fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operation modes, featuring power failure memory and automatic error detection. The production line adopts a modular design, incorporating a gantry crane and corrosion-resistant material槽 structures; some models even integrate a zero-waste wastewater discharge system.

Primarily used in the production of highly corrosion-resistant products such as aluminum alloy wheels, furniture, and home appliances, the workpiece dimensions typically measure 1200 × 50 × 20 mm (length × width × height), with a processing cycle of approximately 5 minutes per cycle (adjustable).

The equipment includes rectifiers, chillers, filters, and more, with a total power rating of approximately 460 kW. It requires a steam supply (0.2–0.5 MPa), an industrial wastewater discharge system, and an exhaust gas treatment unit.
