Motorcycle and Electric Vehicle Frame Electrophoresis Line

1. Foreign substances (oil and dust) from the electrophoresis line have mixed into the槽液, with oil either floating on the surface of the electrophoresis bath or emulsified within the槽液. 
2. The coated object is contaminated by foreign substances (such as dust, lubricating oil dropped from the conveyor chain, oily iron powder, paint particles incompatible with electrophoretic paint, oil contamination in compressed air used for drying, or environmental pollution during wet film drying). 
3. Pre-treatment degreasing was insufficient, and the phosphating film had oil contamination. 
4. Foreign substances (oil and dust) have entered the electrophoresis line cleaning solution. 
5. The drying oven is dirty, or the circulating air contains oil. 
6. The poor quality of deionized water results in the rehydration coating dissolving poorly in water.

| Prevention and control methods: 
1. The fuel tank liquid circulation system should be equipped with an oil-removal filter bag to eliminate contaminants and promptly remove oil stains from the surface of the auxiliary fuel tank. 
2. Ensure the electrocoating line equipment remains clean, regularly cleaning the conveyor chain (with a plan to prevent lubricant drips) and suspension tools. Use oil-free compressed air to avoid dust, other paint mist, and oil contamination from settling on coated workpieces. Oil contamination is strictly prohibited. Additionally, partition walls are installed in the sections where workpieces come into contact with the environment—both before and after electrocoating—to maintain cleanliness. 
3. Strengthen the pretreatment degreasing process to ensure the phosphating film remains free from contamination. 
4. Maintain the water quality after electrophoresis and enhance filtration of the cleaning solution. The corridor should be reinforced between rinsing and drying processes. 
5. Keep the electrophoresis lane drying chamber and circulating hot air system clean. 
6. Strictly control the quality of deionized water used for dilution, ensuring the electrophoretic paint dissolves completely in water and is filtered before being added to the tank.
