Small Appliance Component Powder Coating Line

The powder coating line for small appliance components is primarily used for applying powder coatings to metal parts of small household appliances. Utilizing the principle of electrostatic attraction, the powder is evenly sprayed onto the workpiece surface and then cured at high temperatures, creating a corrosion- and wear-resistant coating. Its key advantages include highly efficient automated production, environmental friendliness and energy savings, as well as versatility across various material types.
  • Product Description
  • | Core Module
Powder Coating Room: Equipped with electrostatic spray guns and an automated spraying robotic arm, the system uses high-voltage electrostatic charging to attract powder particles onto the workpiece surface, enabling multi-angle spraying while ensuring uniform coating quality.
Recycling System: By implementing a powder recovery system, unattached powder is recycled, reducing material waste while ensuring compliance with VOC emission standards.
Curing Oven: The coating is melted and cured by baking at a high temperature of 180–200°C, making it suitable for cold-rolled steel sheet materials with workpiece thicknesses ≤2.5 mm. The maximum processing dimensions can reach up to 6000 × 750 × 1500 mm.

    | Conveying System
Equipped with servo-motor-driven suspended chain conveyors or roller conveyor belts, it supports the efficient transport of workpieces with complex shapes.

    | Technical Features
Eco-friendly and Energy-efficient: Powder coatings contain no solvents, resulting in extremely low VOC emissions, and their recycling systems further minimize dust pollution.
Highly efficient and stable: Automated control systems (such as PLC programs) optimize spraying parameters, resulting in a production efficiency increase of more than 30% compared to traditional methods.
Wide applicability: Small appliance components compatible with materials such as metal and plastic, including rice cooker inner pots, appliance housings, and hardware accessories.

    | Typical Applications |
Primarily used for insulation protection of home appliance housings and corrosion-resistant treatment of metal components, with typical customers including home appliance manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, and electronic device producers.
