    Pre-processing: Clean the workpiece surface through processes such as degreasing, derusting, phosphating, or chromating to enhance coating adhesion. 
    Electrostatic Spraying: High-voltage electrostatics ensure uniform adhesion of powder coating onto the workpiece surface, with a maximum coating thickness of up to 80 μm—making it especially ideal for deep-cavity areas. 
    High-temperature curing: Typically baked at 160–210°C to form a dense protective layer, reducing energy consumption by 30% compared to conventional painting processes. 
    Recycling System: The cyclone dust collector combined with a filter cartridge efficiently recovers powder, achieving a recovery rate of over 85%.
