  • Product Description
  • The powder coating production line is a process equipment that leverages the principle of electrostatic adsorption: a high-voltage electrostatic generator ensures uniform adhesion of resin powder onto the workpiece surface, followed by heat treatment to form a dense, durable coating. This system is designed specifically for cold-rolled steel sheets with material thicknesses up to 2.5 mm and can accommodate workpieces with maximum hanging dimensions of 6000L × 750W × 1500H (mm). The equipment includes key modules such as the powder spraying chamber, powder recovery unit, and curing system, making it suitable for coating materials like cold-rolled steel sheets—up to the aforementioned maximum dimensions. As of 2020, this technology has been widely adopted in industries such as metal products, furniture, and electronics for surface finishing. Meanwhile, by 2013, it had already proven effective in surface coating applications across sectors including plastics, hardware, electronics, and furniture manufacturing.
