  • Product Description
  • Maintenance and保养 methods for electrophoresis equipment, including electrophoresis tanks, spray tanks, electrophoresis power supplies, electrophoresis recovery ultrafiltration systems, and electrophoresis coating equipment. The electrophoresis paints—available in matte, flat gloss, high-gloss, and color options—are suitable for both colored and electrocoating applications.

      (1) Circulation Rate: 4 times the tank liquid volume per hour. Insufficient circulation may lead to deposits forming at the bottom of the tank and on the workpiece surfaces.

      (2) Surface Speed: Low surface speed may lead to deposition on the workpiece surface.

      (3) Main and auxiliary tank levels are dropping.

      (4) No spray at the tank bottom: Falling of the fiberglass-reinforced plastic lining inside the tank could lead to repeated deposition and dissolution of the coating, causing corrosion of the tank walls and posing a threat to personal safety.

      (5) Proper filtration accuracy: Effective filtration is a crucial measure to ensure the coating film remains free of particles.

      (6) Efficient Temperature-Controlled Heat Exchange System: Both circulation and electrophoresis-based heat exchange are employed, making precise bath temperature control critical. The electrophoresis tank requires constant temperature during production, so the circulation tank must be equipped with a heat exchange system capable of handling sufficient thermal capacity. The required temperatures for the heat exchange medium are as follows: cooling—5–15°C; heating—up to 50°C. When the system is shut down for extended periods, it’s recommended to maintain the bath temperature at 20–25°C.
