The anodizing production line is an industrial equipment used for surface treatment of aluminum products. Through an electrochemical process, it forms an alumina protective layer on the surface of aluminum components, enhancing their corrosion resistance and hardness. This technology is primarily applied in the manufacturing of everyday items such as kitchenware, home appliances, and furniture. The entire plant planning and manufacturing services for this production line are provided by manufacturers including Shenzhen Rixin Intelligent, Keshengda, and Xirui Automation.
The equipment features a PLC- and touchscreen-based automated control system, supporting both fully automatic and semi-manual operations. Its core processes include degreasing, alkaline etching, anodizing, coloring, and sealing, complemented by a purified water supply system, intelligent temperature control, and an advanced exhaust gas treatment system. Typical process parameters include a sulfuric acid concentration of 150–200 g/L, a temperature maintained at 20±2°C, and a current density ranging from 100 to 200 A/m². Quality control for oxide film formation is achieved through cathodic carbon plates and multi-stage water rinsing. The production line is constructed using corrosion-resistant materials such as 316 stainless steel and PP panels, equipped with gantry cranes and a modular tank structure. Certain models also incorporate zero-waste wastewater systems and enclosed ventilation systems to meet stringent environmental regulations.
