| Detailed Maintenance Guide for Coating Equipment Manufacturers
1. Coating Line
1.1 Each day, the sealing of all supply and exhaust ducts in the coating area should be inspected to ensure there are no water or air leaks.
1.2 The filter cotton at the top of the chamber should be checked regularly, and any accumulated dust应及时 removed or replaced promptly. Clean it every 3 months, and replace it once a year.
1.3 Regularly add paint mist coagulant to the circulating water tank, and ensure that filters, sinks, and grates are cleaned frequently—weekly. The paint mist coagulant should be added every two months.
1.4 The fan belt should be replaced every six months (or as determined by production conditions).
1.5 Grinding and Cleaning: The indoor filter bags should be cleaned every two weeks (or as needed based on production conditions).
1.6 For the lubrication method of the coating fan motor, use a grease cup: turn it once per month (make sure to replenish the oil in the cup promptly). If using oil for lubrication, add oil every three months. For grease lubrication, top up the grease every two months.
II. Accumulation and Delivery Chain
2.1 Grease the accumulation chain guide rail rollers every six months (can be done in batches).
2.2 The carriage's duckbill head of the accumulation chain should be lubricated with grease every six months.
2.3 Accumulation and Delivery Chain: Spray lubricate the chain once a week, ensuring the lubrication period lasts at least four hours. (Oil in the tank must be replenished promptly.)
2.4 The fixed bolts on the accumulating chain tensioning drive mechanism should be inspected monthly.
2.5 Accumulation chain: The connecting and fixing bolts of each sprocket should be inspected daily for their operational condition.
